Workshop
We hold a workshop with the management of the company to understand where their business is and where customers want to take their business.

Proposal
Based on the workshop we provide the customer with a proposal that outlines our recommendation. We take pride in providing realistic recommendations that focus on rapidly addressing obstacles in order of priority.

Retainer
After aligning priorities and objectives with the organisations leadership team, our Fractional CTO/CISO joins the team for a period of 6 months, the engagements can vary from 1 day to weeks per month.
